Hillary responds to McCain ad

Image...
At the DNC on Monday morning, Hillary Clinton had a few things to say about the McCain.

"I understand that the McCain campaign is running ads trying to divide us, and let me state what I think about their tactics and these ads," she said. "I'm Hillary Clinton and I do not approve of that message."

I would hope that she would do that, because mcain's campaign to reel in her votes, is really a slap in the face to any smart democratic voter, it is ridiculous and sadly may work.

McCains ads are lame. They appeal to the right but won't ganer any votes from the "undecideds".

Except for the teeth, that's actually a nice picture of her.
I would have voted for her, now I'm thinking McCain.
I hope he chooses Joe Liberman for VP!!

On shows, such as "Morning Joe" on MSNBC, there has been a suggestion made (and repeated) that Clinton supporters don't follow politics beyond merely wanting a woman as the next US president. As many times as I've heard that claim, it comes across as an insult to women in general to claim that they will vote for McCain out of spite and anger.
I believe that most of Senator Clinton's supporters are far too smart to think that John McCain would serve their best interests and I've been contacting certain media outlets to say as much.
Of course, there will be those who make poor choices.
    That is to be expected.

Even though some politicians lie their way to office (because it's what they do the best) I still love this woman for how she speaks her mind. She's a perfect example of a well educated woman and future leader.

Hillary is incredible and very capable. She will make an excellent president in the future.

I think what McCain is doing is disgusting. I feel dirty when I think of that old wrinkly white guy doing anything to win. Reminds me of Nixon cheating because he is desperate to become president.

Funny how no one is taking what Romney, Huckabee or Guiliani said about McCain during the primaries and holding it against him.

Seems to be a double standard that McCain is using in trying to do that to Obama

McCain is going down hard and Hilary was doing the right thing by saying that she thought that she was a better person then McCain by saying she wouldn't approve those mesages. good for her, and yes it would help a lot of people vote for her if she were hot, but she would loose some of the women vote cause ladies dont like to see the hot women make it big

I was watching the Dem Convention the other day just after Sen. Kennedy spoke and one of the comments made was:

"Sometimes a terrible defeat can lead to a great victory." (paraphrasing)

They were referring to Sen. Kennedy not winning the nomination during his run for President and how that defeat ultimately led him to be one of the most powerful and influential members of the Senate.

I suspect the same will happen with Hillary.

There are still incredibly important roles to play in politics.

Hillary might actually have more practical power as a member of the Senate than she would as President....and a longer career too!

Because once people leave the Oval Office they (generall) retire from politics altogether.

This might actually be a better destiny for Hillary than if she had won the nomination.

you go crob....I'm sure that by the time the boy is out of office, his administration will have f&%$#d up so bad that we will need a whole bunch of qualified people to repair dammage.

applause. I so wanted to vote for Hillary ... for her strength, for her political know-how, for her experience, for her programs. I hope in the (near) future I will be able to. Go, Hillary!!

for that matter, I would gladly vote for Al Gore for president.

Obama is the choice; and he has my vote this round.

maybe we can get a seriously long sequence going: 8 years for each of them. yay. surely by then we can have our country and our planet back on track. (I dream BIG)

so that lady in the commercial is like a fair-weathered fan. if her team dosen't win, she jumps ship for the next.

the commercial is lame and trivial at best. instead of pouting over her "favorite" canidate not winning the nomination and relying on her" conscious" to vote for mccain she is really saying she never was a true democrat in the first place.

maybe if she listed the aspects and ideas behind mccains campaign that consiciously allowed her to jump ship (which we all know is like comparing lobster to crawfish) then we could understand her real message. or maybe she's just a racist old hag, hates men and love media attention....

I want to know what these so-called candidates are actually going to do for us. BTW How many people think a choice of 2, tied together by similar interests and corruption, mixed with greed is a democracy? I don't think this is a democracy, we are a capitalist-socialist, corporate run country. And a joke trying to police the world. I will not vote for these imposters of reform, they all lie, even clinton.

I agree, crob, I believe that Hillary would make a great Senate Majority Leader for the democrats. She wields a lot of influence, is energetic and knows how to get things done. She could be very effective that way and for a longer period of time...

The time of the Maverick is over, we must all work together as a team to undo mistakes of the past. Hillary is well aware of this fact.

Hillary, in my opinion, is a dried up piece of big mouth who, along with her dried up white haired husband, are power hungry obnoxious jerks who seem to think the American public can be swayed by saying all the right words. But wait..............maybe they are RIGHT!!!!
Didn't she just decide to move to New York so she could run for Senator---not that she cared one IOTA or even knew much about New York--and not that she had DONE anything for New York since she's been representing that state--and I use the word representing verrrrrrrrrrrryyyyy loosely. But as anone with any sense knows, this move put her in line for what was her end desire--to run and win the Presidency of the United States. She doesn't care about New York--folks--she doesn't care about YOU!!! Hillary cares about one thing--POWER!! And Obama, snake that he is, jumped on her band wagon and stole all her band members--Hillary is pissed and you have not heard the last of her yet folks----Power hunger needs to be FED!!!!!!

It was kind of funny today some of the people I run into daily were laughing about McCains Hillary ad because
they are right wing nut bags. I just told them I really think your taking this Nazi simpathizer thing a little far don't you think. Just stop and see what's been done too this country over the last 8 years. They are so brain washed it's so unbeleiveable.
