Silicon valley is always one of the first to do new things!

It is quite pleasing to see the Tech world coming on board with the reusable sustainable energy theme. My only hope is this new initiative be global. If this be the case mankind can then start to realize it's true potential. When OPEC countries don't just rely on the barrel to hit astronomical prices and the industrialized world shouldn't just wish this "Global Village" concept to be without actually working/contributing towards it.
We need to start thinking collectively because everything needed to thrive as a race for all times is already here on earth ie abundance water and inexhaustible sunshine. -
I am amazed at the progress. However I see signs that the power companies are trying to keep independents out. There is a proposition supposed to be out on the California ballot. It's supposed to hurt those small entitites. I think if you vote no on it will help them. Anybody out there that know what I'm talking about? I get this small TV ad that last for less than 5 second and that's that! I know nothing more about it!
