From mullets to moustaches, the football stars of the 80s and 90s made for some of the hairiest Panini pics of all time.
One of the most impressive is the monster mullet of Rostock’s Mike Werner (top left photo), which truly fits the motto ‘business in the front, party in the back’.
Other favourites include the snaps of now-retired goalkeeper Oliver Kahn as a young newcomer and World Cup winner Andreas Brehme with a terrific mullet.

The Spanish are pretty fond of mullets too. I once took part in "spot the mullet" in Majorca. I won.
