Bill Murray as Batman?
Move over Christian Bale - or at least it would've been, as Ghostbusters star Bill Murray revealed that he was apparently called for the 1898 Batman film (instead of Michael Keaton) but got veetoed last minute by Tim Burton. Allegedly Murray was chosen originally with hopes to recreate a camp Batman, like in the '60s TV series.
"I would have been a fine Batman." Murray told MTV, "You know, there have been a number of Batmen. I like them... I thought Mike Keaton did a great job as Batman. It's obviously - it's a great role."
Damn, I would've liked to have seen Murray as Batman. He should put on a panto version...
